Professional audiovisual and broadcast equipment covers the systems used to capture, process, record, distribute and broadcast audio and video content. They handle cameras, video signals, audio sources, mixing, encoding and programme transmission. They are found in TV networks, production studios, control rooms, performance venues, live events and broadcasting infrastructure.

The electronic equipment we recover.
Broadcast cameras, CCUs & video mixers
Professional broadcast cameras are linked to CCU units that remotely control their main parameters. Video mixers then allow a control room to select multiple cameras and sources to build the broadcast program in real time.

Video matrices, encoders & professional decoders
Matrices distribute a large number of video signals between different inputs and outputs. Encoders compress streams for transmission or broadcasting, while decoders perform the reverse operation upon arrival.

Digital consoles, audio processors & professional amplifiers
Digital consoles mix and control many audio sources simultaneously. Processors then apply various treatments to the signal before sending it to recording, broadcast or professional amplifier systems.

Recovering broadcast hardware
Control rooms, broadcast hardware and professional decoders are dismantled: boards and electronic modules are separated from chassis, power supplies and cabling.
